Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days from receiving your order, exchanges or returns are unfortunately no longer possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Additionally, the product must still be in its original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds or Refusals

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted or a refund will be refused:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged.
  • Any item that is missing parts for reasons beyond our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds

Once we have approved the return, your refund will be processed within 7 days and will be automatically deposited into your account via the payment method used for the purchase.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please follow these steps:

  • First, re-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to officially clear.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at fashionfabriklimited@gmail.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

You are expected to return the item using a trackable shipping service or insurance. The sender is responsible for the return shipping, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
